Two sisters, Ylenia and Jessica, grew up spending their summers in the alpine pastures of the Italian Alps. After completing their studies, they decided to return to their roots and become "malghesi" (farmers). Ylenia takes care of 120 cows, while Jessica looks after 250 goats. They produce high-quality cheeses, such as Silter and Fatulì, thanks to the high-altitude grass. They spend four months a year in the alpine pastures, following the rhythm of farm life. Their bond with nature and animals is deep, and they have chosen to stay in the places where they were born, finding a happiness that goes beyond economic success.
